Volleyball FUN-damentals
If you are new to volleyball, your school doesn't have a team, or you want to improve your skills! Featuring a mix of skill development, some gameplay, and a whole lot of fun, these sessions run weekly throughout the fall for 10 weeks.
Basketball Academy
This program features elite coaching from current and former U-Sport athletes, focused on developing the core skills needed to succeed. This 8-Week Program runs Monday and Tuesday evenings from September 23 to November 12!
Volleyball Technical Training
If you are looking to improve your skill in the fall, either to compliment the high school volleyball season or in preparation for club tryouts in the winter, this opportunity is for you! Focusing primarily on technical skill development.
Plyometrics & Agility Training
Increase your vertical and agility under the careful eye of Davin Dean (NASM Certified Youth Exercise Specialist, NASM Certified Performance Exercise Specialist).
